1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days following successful payment. During peak seasons or periods of unusually high demand, this window may extend slightly. A confirmation email is sent once your order moves to fulfillment.

Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or recognized federal holidays.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

The following timelines apply once your order has left our facility:

Domestic (United States): 5 to 12 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual transit times may be affected by carrier capacity, weather events, customs review, or other conditions outside our control.

3. CARRIERS

Nestwell Living works with a network of reliable shipping partners including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional postal services. Carrier selection is determined by your location, the items ordered, and current availability. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Any applicable shipping fees are calculated in real time and presented clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. Costs are based on your delivery address, item weight, and package dimensions.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear in the carrier's system.

6. UNEXPECTED DELAYS

We make every effort to ship on time, but occasional delays can occur. If your order is significantly impacted, we will reach out proactively. We are not liable for transit delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, or anything beyond our operational control.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for entering complete and correct shipping information at checkout. Nestwell Living cannot be held liable for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an address error submitted by the customer. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, reshipping fees may apply.

8. DELIVERED BUT MISSING

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, that order is considered complete on our end. Nestwell Living does not assume responsibility for items that go missing or are stolen after confirmed delivery. In these situations, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipments crossing international borders may be held for customs inspection. Import duties, VAT, or other fees assessed by the destination country are entirely the buyer's responsibility. We have no visibility into or control over customs timelines or charges.
